To mark the 100th anniversary of the Armistice of World War One, a Remembrance Service will be held in Elton All Saints Church on 11 November at 10:45am. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The Elton Local History Group have also put together a booklet titled Elton Remembers. The booklet contains biographies of the servicemen with connections to Elton who gave their lives in the during the First and Second World Wars.

The Foreword of the booklet states “This booklet was researched and compiled by members of the Elton Local History Group. The Group wishes to acknowledge the cooperation of relatives of the men concerned in lending photographs and other documents.”
