Latest update from our District Councillor…
Further to my last update, I am pleased to tell you that the District Council will restart garden waste collections from the week commencing 1 June 2020. As soon as I have more details, I will be in touch again.
On another point, please do not forget that next week your bins will be collected a day later than usual – due to no collections taking place on the Bank Holiday Monday.
Finally, with the Bank Holiday upon us, the District Council wants to remind local people that children’s play equipment and public toilets in our market towns are all closed and off limits for safety reasons. Parks remain open to allow local people to exercise, but people are asked to maintain social distancing with others from outside of their household.
Please remember that charges have been reinstated on all car parks.
